Whooooo, lookee here. Don't know why I drew the strip so tall today - it can't be entirely because I hijacked the background from an earlier strip and the panel happened to be tall. Well, it could be, but it's not. I think I just felt like drawing big pictures, in part to make up for Monday's douchebaggery.

Is everyone familiar with this book? XXX: 30 Porn-star Portraits (SFW, it's Amazon)? It's a photography book that shows each porn star fully clothed and then nekkid, mostly sans makeup and everything, I guess to show you the human aspect of the porn world. It's out on display at Coliseum and a few B&Ns, though I'm not sure if it is outside of free-swingin' NYC. 2.0 and I were at the Whitney over Christmas and there was a copy in the bookstore, so we went through it. It's interesting enough, but nothing I need - nor want - on my coffee table. As for the porn stars, the boys' critique comes from the heart.

Eric, bless his Jersey soul, sent me a few CDs for Christmas - the ol' rascal found a recording of the Pumpkins' last-ever concert! Holy shit! I had long-since given up hope that such a recording existed. I've only listened to the first 10 songs (of 40 - it was a four-hour, forty minute farewell show that they put on that cold night of December 2, 2000 at the Metro in Chitown), but I'm already lovin' it. As one of the great regrets of my life has been not ponying up the grand or however much scalpers may've wanted to go to that show, this CD is salve for my soul.

Which brings me to another observation - by the way, sorry that my links have been lacking this week, the office has been a shitstorm since I got back here - about having a website: Yesterday, I mentioned that I hadn't heard some of the bands on the top 10 lists that have been circulating, and that I couldn't find a good massage book. Waiting in my in-box today was Crownover offering to boost up the CD collection, and MNP telling me about a massage book. And I can't tell you how many times RAW and Grafe have chimed in with answers to questions posed in my newsposts. I swear, I'm going to look into a bulletin board feature, so hopefully all of this nollitch can become public domain, and, as this site (hopefully) grows, perhaps we can eliminate the needs for search engines and just rely on each other. Since I'm basically already doing that.

Hey, Domers, Indiana still isn't getting it.

Back to the grind...
