Comic for Monday, February 1, 2010

I like that Ron's all pro-ed up at the breakfast table.

Posted: 6:30 am, Monday, February 1

I was looking at a picture of Jesus riding a dinosaur the other day, and Flickr told me I may like this photo, also. I have no idea why.

This concept art from the original Zelda went up last week, but it bear startling similarity to the notes I made for Mega Man: The Final Chapter back in 1989. I still have that notebook somewhere. I should scan that sometime for posting.

I'm barely ever on Facebook, and even less so since they made those privacy changes a while back, because I haven't had the time to read the new policies. Thankfully, the NY Times has told me how to take care of my bizness.

I've linked to Polish film posters before, but there's some new ones I've never seen on this page right here. The Critters one is pretty awesome, bringing Critters back up for no real reason.

Um, *this* Zelda concept art. I'm an idiot.

As far as the Flickr photo, maybe the caption notes the kid's name as Tom T. Rex...

OK, I'm just guessing, I got nothing...

I once set about to make my own handmade map of Zelda - complete with a marker for every bush you could burn and every stone you could bomb. It remains incomplete, but I believe it was a worthwhile endeavor.

All I got for my birthday is enough cash to purchase Mass Effect 2. And I think I will.

Bullfrog -- Monday, February 1 2010, 07:37 pm

Happy birthday, Miyaa.

I was at a professional development today. Dear God, that was draining. The easiest part of this job is dealing with the kids. Everything else is like open-knee surgery.

This is the craziest NY Times graphic I've ever seen.

To this day, Civ II remains the only game I had common sense enough to delete off of my hard drive after only one day.

To add to the drug-name mirth ... there is a good one for Hemorrhoid (US), Haemorrhoid (British English) cream (creme) here in the UK. Its name? Anusol.

NOT kidding.
