Comic for Thursday, November 30th, 2006

With all the words actually present!

Posted: 7:35 am, Thursday, November 30th

Not much to say on this one. Along with the cube, the kids selling tickets to comedy clubs are the other thing I've been meaning to get into the strip for a million years. (I'm not about to, you know, retire or something, in case you were getting suspicious of me getting all these long-time intentions into the strip.) I was going to run this strip next week, but it's supposed to get colder starting tomorrow, and that would totally kill the joke, so you get it today, instead.

And that's really all you get - one of my coworkers has the flu or something, so I've been covering for him at the office all week and it's kept me away from the interweb. And last night was bar trivia night - which, I am happy to say, ORC Presents: Dingo, baby killaz swarming Part IV: The bloodening won handily. We got a question about Alan Freedman wrong, but aside from that, we were an unstoppable wrecking ball of useless knowledge.

Anyway, more tomorrow.

Is there something i missed with fashion lately. The idea of ultra dark lipstick and chicks being hot when they appear to be obsessed with death never really struck a chord with me.

Maybe I just dont have the necropheliac urges corporate america has been attempting to instill in me...

crownover -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 10:28 am

is that the holiday market at union square? :)

Bullfrog -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 10:47 am

No, it's the one at Bryant Park.

Pat -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 11:28 am

Bryant Park? I totally had that pegged as the ice rink in Central Park for some reason. But I guess that doesn't make sense when you mentioned that it's 60 outside, now does it.

MNP -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 11:37 am

Happy birthday, JJ!

Bullfrog -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 11:38 am

They're actually skating in Bryant Park today, and it's sixty out. Left is right, up is down, I am sleepy.

MJL -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 04:39 pm

I'll send on the sentiment, MNP. Thanks! You're totally a champion at remembering that stuff.

Bullfrog -- Thursday, November 30 2006, 10:29 pm

Hey, crowd, we're having issues with the web again, so if the strip's not up at seven thirty or whenever, don't fret - it'll be up at nine-ish, instead.
